Chef Alessandro Carollo started his culinary career at the age of 14 in Palermo Italy. After mastering his culinary art in some of the finest restaurants all over Italy he moved to California in hopes to pursue his dream of bringing Authentic Italian Cuisine to America. It was not long before his dream became a reality and now he is the proud owner of three beautiful restaurants and catering company.
Alessandro along with his counter part Christian Delle Fave, work constantly to enrich our menus and cuisine to provide our guests with exquisite and creative culinary masterpieces.
