We both lived in the Wash Park neighborhood and kept in touch. Abbey Eldridge, RD Bio:
Abbey is a pediatric renal dietitian at Children’s Hospital Colorado. She has worked with the adult kidney disease population since 2007, and switched to working in pediatrics a year ago. Abbey is on the local board for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF), and is actively involved with many of the NKF’s events to raise funds and awareness about kidney disease. Abbey is currently conducting research to find better ways to manage and treat bone disease in children with kidney disease. In her free time she enjoys racing in triathlons, including the full Ironman distance.
