The firm provides customized personal assistance, concierge and event planning services to clients throughout Colorado. The firm is based in Denver & has locations in Boulder, Summit, Eagle & Pitkin counties.
Allison brings her signature blend of personalized and seamless service to every client, as well as her passion for planning and organizing. From high-profile charity fundraisers to casual cocktail gatherings, Allison has planned successful and buzz-worthy events from New York City to Aspen.
As You Wish is a full service personal assistant firm that handles everything from errands, concierge, organizing, moving management, calendar coordination, personal events, “day of wedding” concierge to pre-arrival planning & property management for mountain homes. They also coordinate corporate events, meetings, off- site retreats, holiday parties and golf tournaments. They cater to busy individuals, companies and families who seek more freedom and time to enjoy life in Colorado. Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and her certification in Meeting & Event Planning. She is involved with various charities around Denver and is a member of the Concierge Association of Colorado. She enjoys yoga, "all things” Colorado and spending time with her family and friends.

From Denver Restaurateur Robert Thompson, Le Grand – Bistro & Oyster bar is nothing new. Recently featured on the cover of 5280 Magazine as one of Denver’s Best New Restaurants, Le Grand is the re-creation of Parisian bistros & brasseries from a time long passed. From our 125 year old mosaic tile floors to our smoky mirrors and oversized booth seating, Le Grand takes us back to an era when Moules Frites, a plate of cheese and 1⁄2 liter of your favorite French table wine was not a special event, but rather an everyday occurrence; or Everyday French.
Executive Chef, Sergio Romero’s passion for locally sourced, always fresh ingredients came from his roots in Taos, NM. There, Sergio studied under Best Young Chef in the Nation (Food & Wine Magazine) winner Joseph Wrede and has partnered those teachings with his own unique and creative style to bring traditional French comfort food to the Theatre District of Denver.
Mixologist and Beverage Director, Anika Zappe, has forged the path in the art of the hand crafted culinary cocktail. A love of innovative and balanced creations, and a passion for fresh, seasonal features, has enabled Anika to make her mark on the Denver scene. Not only does Le Grand offer a variety of signature cocktails, and extensive beer & wine lists, but can customize exclusive and original recipes to highlight the each and every special occasion.
Led by featured alumni of the Culinary Institute of America, General manager Michael Pacovsky, who has redefined the food and beverage industry, and become a fundamental icon in the advancement of the industry trends and exemplary service standards, Le Grand will be sure to provide the best experience for your very important people.
Le Grand Bistro has event space for parties of 10 to 500 guests. We also offer private dining and meeting space for parties up to 100 guests, will full audiovisual capabilities.
