Choose from cuts of meat like tender Wagyu Kobe ribeye, full-flavored lamb sirloin or prime New York strip steak, which will be sliced and presented raw with a trio of house-made sauces. Using a salted slab of volcanic rock heated to a searing temperature of 1,000 degrees, guests can cook their meat selections at the table for a fully customizable and engaging dining experience.

Dinner will be served Mondays through Saturdays 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. and Sundays 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.
